Thanks for the reply - I was wondering why is Xconsole enabled now (in Cooker) and wasn't in previous releases? What is it really good for? The average user doesn't really need to see this stuff - I thought is was an option to be added for advanced users. The Xconsole configuration (by the way) is installed by default and is not pre-configured with colored output. Thx, R.Fox
