There is no issue with an upgrade scenario, as all packages installed on the system that have updates are upgraded. In fact, if you added a cooker urpmi source, and if you ran: # urpmi --auto-select you would be upgraded. If you want mozilla-1.2, rebuild the SRPM on your machine, or wait for someone else to rebuild on 9.0. Of course, if *you* want to go and track every single package, and be able to predict which package would break dependencies and which not *in the future*, you can take over packaging all the RPMS.
