For install testing perhaps this is true.  But think bigger Thierry.
It would be of great use to service providers and virtual hosting
companies.  If it were easy to create a UML instance of Mandrake
Linux, perhaps you could gain some market share there with service
companies selling UMLs to customers instead of having to dedicate
hardware to each user.

This is coming.  Why not put Mandrake at the top of the heap with it.

This is a requirement.  DrakX needs support to install in a UML for
sure.

I am not sure how well this could work.  For it to look like a regular
Mandrake installation, it needs to be bootstrapped on the UML kernel.
I don't know that just having a kernel in Contribs will accomplish
this.
