9AM - 5PM.  I'm normally here a bit later than 5PM, but that's usually
when I am doing personal education type stuff (ie breaking stuff and
figuring out how to fix it).

I use Mandrake Expert.  If there are other means, I do now know of them
yet.

I'll just log everything in a spreadsheet for now, unless we have
something else I can use immediately.
