0.    .gnupg/gpg-agent.conf is configured (see below) 
00.  .gnupg/gpg.conf contains  use-agent 
1. setup kmail with correct plugins 
2. done killall gpg-agent 
3. done eval(/usr/bin/gpg-agent --daemon) 
4. launch kmail from this shell 
5. sign a message using gpg-plugin in kmail 
===> no 'passphrase entry popup window' appears 
===> kmail complains there is no passphrase !
