You are allowed to click "Previous" on the screen after that (install the servers), so it's possible -- it's just that there's no "Previous" button on the "Choose the packages you want to install" screen. When I put a screen name in quotes, that's the text that appears at the top of the screen. The "Choose the packages you want to install" screen is the individual package selection screen, not the general selection screen before it. If I'm not being clear please let me know.
