emacs-EPL-0.7-3mdk.i586.rpm is uninstallable as it builds with a require for "perl-base-5.800"
The work-around I had to use was rpm -ivh --nodeps and then add it to
/etc/urpmi/skip.list to keep urpmi --auto-select from removing it.
