------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-02-20 12:09 ------- Why, oh why dont you just use a dynamic layout? Sorry if this sounds stupid, I have no idea what toolkit you use. I know that with e.g. Swing you have layout managers that make all componets just as big as they need to be - localization has never been a problem! IF the toolkit you use does not support dynamic layouts (shame on this crap!) then make the dialog just a little bit larger so that at least the users with the main languages dont get a sore eye during installing MDK. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: When installing 9.1 Beta3, the message boxes that display stating to insert CD 2 (or 3 or even back to 1) look like they are about half a line too short (in height). This causes the text to scroll to the bottom, cutting off the top half of the first line of the message. While this is definately not a severe problem, it really looks bad on the install! All of the other changes to the installer look great, very professional, except for these darn message boxes.
