fix #502

in standalone mode, only display a service as enabled at boot time
only if it's really enabled in current runlevel.

what's more it's more coherent with other "only show current runlevel
status" tools like ntsysv.

description:
Hello,

after installation I had mysql configured to run on runlevels 2 and 4 (I already
reported it) so I lounched drakxservices to check whether it is marked as "on
boot" and it was. This might be confusing for users does not know a lot about
runlevels, so I would like suggest to check the runlevels the service is running
on and mark it as "on boot" only if it's running on runlevels 3 and (or) 5 and
probably add some comment for the others.
