An easier fix is for Laurent to put
/usr/share/applnk/System/kfmclient_dir.desktop in /usr/share/applnk-mdk/
instead of kfmclient.desktop. This fixes the trashcan and the removable media
kdeinit error. Atleast this works on my system.
