I have similar problem - valgrind complains about it :

valgrind voice_serv
voice_serv: /opt/valgrind/lib/valgrind/libpthread.so.0: version `GLIBC_2.3.2' 
not found (required by /usr/lib/qt3/lib/libqt-mt.so.3)
