If I could boot from my USB flash disk (it is supposed to work on MBs that support booting via USB Zip or USB HDD, but the only MB I have tried which supports USB Zip does not work ..) then I would be able to do away with floppies totally ... But, if you want to install often via hd, setting lilo up is much faster than finding a working floppy, imaging it and waiting for it to boot.
