Open MCC->systeme->launch userdrake 
 
DESCRIPTION :

userdrake displays a message during the opening step: 
"Can not lock user lib , file /etc/ptmp or /etc/gtmp exist." Then i click on the 
button OK, there 
are only the picture and the message "please wait". It can not possible to create a 
user via 
userdrake. If i click on the buton CANCEL, userdrake will disappear, and go back to 
the 
menu. 
 
In a terminal, enter userdrake: the same message appears "Can not lock user lib , file 
/etc/ptmp or /etc/gtmp exist.", then i click on OK, nothing appening. The following 
message  
displays after clicking on the button  ok "** WARNING **: userdrake: the file password 
is 
busy (/etc/ptmp present)"
