INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup water 1/3 cup oatmeal; grinded 3-4 cups (kashi) cereal 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or organic pure honey 1/3 cup chocolate chips 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips 1/3 cup almond, slices 1/3 cup raisins METHODS: Mix whole wheat flour & grinded oats with 1 cup of water, add olive oil. Stir with a whisk constantly on medium/high heat until it becomes thick - then cool completely... Add maple syrup in the mixture, then add cereal, chocolate chips, raisins until mixture become firm... Even firm mixture in an slightly oiled (top with slices almond if desired)...9" x 13" baking pan at 350F for 25 minutes...
