Crock PotPolish Hunter Soup

 

3-1/2 cups chicken broth 

1 can cream of mushroom soup 

1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut 

8 oz. sliced mushrooms 

1 medium potato, cubed 

2 medium carrots, peeled, chopped 

2 ribs celery, sliced

3/4 lb. polish sausage, cubed 

2 tbsp. cider vinegar 

2 tsp. dill 

1/2 tsp. black pepper 

 

Place in crockpot on High 10 - 12 hours, or Low 5-6 hours.
