Hi all. Writing on behalf of a friend. She is looking for easy fritata recipes. She is looking for recipes that can either be cooked in the oven or on the stovetop. However, she doesn't have an ovenproof frying pan so can't prepare recipes that start on the stovetop and are then transferred to the oven. Any help would be much appreciated.
