Greek Chicken Crockpot Pita Filling
Serve this easy crockpot sandwich filling in pita breads, topped with chopped vegetables like onion and cucumber and sour cream or yogurt. 1 onion, chopped 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/2 cup yogurt Combine all ingredients except yogurt in 4-6 quart crockpot and mix well. Cover crockpot and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, remove chicken from crockpot and shred with two forks. Stir shredded chicken back into crockpot and stir in yogurt.
