Cheesy Onion Potatoes 6 medium potatoes 1/2 cup + 2 T butter 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1 1/2 cup sour cream Paprika Boil the potatoes with skin and peel skins. Grate the potatoes. Mix butter and cheese and melt. Remove from heat and stir in pepper, salt, onions and sour cream. Pour into a greased 8 x 12 inch pan and dot with 2 tablespoons of butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
