1 lb. bulk pork sausage (I prefer hot/spicy) 2 cups milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup Bisquick 6 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves Brown and drain sausage. Mix sausage with remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole (or double it and use a 13x9-inch baking dish). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
