Northern Exposure Chicken Burgers with Apple Yogurt Sauce

1 pound ground chicken breast
1/2 cup cooked wild or brown rice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Apple Yogurt Sauce (recipe follows)
4 sandwich buns
4 teaspoons margarine
parsley sprigs
apple slices dipped in lemon juice

In medium bowl, mix together chicken, cooked rice, nutmeg, salt and pepper. 
Divide into 4 patties.

Place on broiler pan and broil, about 4 inches from heat, about 5 minutes per 
side.

Spread margarine lightly on inside of buns and toast in oven.

Place chicken on toasted buns and spoon on Apple Yogurt Sauce. Garnish with 
parsley sprigs and apple slices.

Apple Yogurt Sauce:
In small bowl, mix together:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped unpeeled apple
2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon apple pie seasoning
