Baked Bean and Bacon Casserole

2 slices bacon
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 (16 oz.) can VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables, drained

In large sauce pan, cook bacon until crisp, then remove from pan.

Cook onion in bacon fat until soft.

Stir in baked beans, kidney beans, mustard, sugar and chili sauce. Simmer 25 
minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in VEG-ALL and crumbled cooked bacon; cook 3 minutes longer.

Makes 6 servings
