Elvis Presley Cake With Priscilla Icing

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oats
3/4 cup margarine
2 eggs -- beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup boiling water
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans
 
Priscilla Icing
5 tablespoons margarine
1 cup pecans -- chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup coconut
 
Cake: Pour water over brown sugar, butter and oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Add 
all other Items together in mixing bowl in order given.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
Icing: Mix Items together, spread on top of cake after done. Put under broiler 
until coconut is browned.
