Hi folks, it's Maria again. I just want to thank you all for the great response to my questions. I can hardly wait to begin use your suggestions, but am waiting to have someone read the info that came with the pressure cooker and help me acquaint myself with all the buttons, Etc. I bought it from QVC because it seemed pretty straight forward. However, it has some sort of number pad attached that I need to investigate.
