Oven Ham and Cheese Omelet 16 eggs 2 cups milk 2 cups (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded 3/4 cup fully cooked ham, diced 6 green onions, chopped
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese, ham and onions. Pour this mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake, uncovered in a preheated 350ยบ F., oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
