Slow Cooker Santa Fe Turkey Breast

Start to Finish Time: 8 hr 15 min
Serves: 8

4 to 5 lb. boneless turkey breast, thawed if frozen
1 cup Old El Paso(c) Thick n Chunky salsa
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped chipotle chili in adobo sauce (from 7 oz can)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Spray 5 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place turkey in cooker. Mix 
salsa, honey and chili in small bowl; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low 
heat setting 7 to 8 hours. Remove turkey from cooker; cover to keep warm. Pour 
juices from cooker into 4 cup microwaveable measuring cup. Mix cornstarch and 
cold water in small bowl until smooth; stir into juices in cup. Microwave 
uncovered on high 3 to 5 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture boils 
and thickens. Serve with turkey.
