Anna's Hawaiian Cake
Ingredients:
Cake:

2 cups each flour, sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup each coconut, chopped walnuts
Icing:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Directions;
Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. Cake: Combine all cake ingredients 
and mix well with a spoon. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes. Icing: Beat 
cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla and sugar.
