Okay Everyone,

Last night, I tried frying some chicken brests,and they just would not fry!
What did I do wrong?
I heated a skillet of oil, put the three chicken brests in the pan, but they 
just didn't fry, even after an hour or so.  I kept flipping them, but they 
really never got crispy.
I didn't coat them with any breadcrumbs; I just realized that I forgot to do 
that, so was that my problem?
