Wow,

I don't usually get involved in these things, but I agree; this is totaly uncalled for. People should direct messages of a personal nature, to that person privately!

Wow! This is plain and blunt bashing! I don't feel anything like that is
appropriate in this or any other group. And to think: some people had been
banned from Cooking In The Dark for a much lesser thing, like a subject
line. I apologize to the moderators if my message is considered off-topic,
but I do feel offended, and I am not even the one being bashed.

Hey, Patricia. It's Tonya. You know, you never got back to me last night.
When. When I confronted you about that question, you never answered my
question. You know this sort of thing. So, basically I'm gonna have to ask you to stop harassing Steve, stop getting mad at him. You know, it's not his fault that you got something confused, that's not his fault you know. So, what you're getting mad at is basically pointless. Like what. to (fills?) us, but if you have to get mad at us, you know, small middle (pissy?) thing like that. And, you're not. (??) it's not worth getting mad over. You know,
and you're thinking about quitting. I didn't know you're a quitter, you
know, I thought you were somebody who's strong. A 57-year old, come on now. Is he gonna be that way then well, then I'm sure he'll be happy to take you off the cooking (??). They'll be happy to do that. If you're gonna act like
a baby. Then I'm not sad to see you go if you're doing that

Cheeseburger Pie

1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix

1/4 cup cold water

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons Bisquick Baking Mix

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 eggs

1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, about 4 ounces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix and the water
until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smoothe
dough into ball on floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll
dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie plate, 9 by 1 1/4 inches. Ease
into plate; flute edge if desired. Cook and stir ground beef and onion
until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick Baking Mix and the
Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into pie crust. Mix eggs and cottage
cheese; pour over beef mixture. Arrange tomato slices in circle on
top; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake until set, about 30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
