Meatless Chili Bake
2 1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
1 (15 ounce) can vegetarian chili with beans
1 (12 ounce) jar chunky salsa
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain. In a large bowl, combine the chili, salsa and corn. Add pasta, toss
to coat. Transfer to a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with
cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
