Had one a long time ago that might have been called Texas baked beans, but can't find it. Back in the '80s I made it and a friend, who I didn't know at the time could take-or-leave baked beans, said these were the best she ever had. Tried searching for it, but couldn't come up with anything like I remembered. I've been known to invent, which I guess I could. From what I remember it had the baked beans, rice, onion, bacon, and perhaps barbecue sauce.
