The last time I checked walmart.com for a friend, they didn't have the
Hamilton Beach microwaves. I'll check again later today and let you all
know.

Hamilton Beach makes an accessible microwave.  At least most of its 
functions talk.  You can get it at places like Wal-Mart.com.  As for 
convection ovens, the real convection ovens are full size ranges.  There
are 
counter-top toaster ovens with a fan.  I don't know of one that talks,
but 
some have knobs that you can label or count clicks.
