Pork Chops with Herb Pesto
from healthy cooking taste of Home
4 bone in pork loin chops (I used boneless)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh minced rosemary sage, thyme, parsley, and basil
(I used 1 tsp dried)
1 tb olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced (I used one)
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Brush mixture over chops and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Coat cooking wrack with cooking spray and grill covered over medium
high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or broil 4 inches from
heat. (I did them on the indoor grill)
meat should be 160 degrees.
These were amazingly tender!
