I forgot to say I also add a little bit of sugar, to soften the taste of the
orange juice. Now after reading the other salads here, I might add apples
and pineapple to my carrot salad. So thank you! :)

here's my version of carrot salad. The good thing is you can always
improvize and use whatever you like. I use grated carrots, nuts, some
orange juice. I don't like raizens but they're good for this salad if you
want them.
