1-2-3 Chili

 

3/4- 1 lb. ground beef

1 TBSP. chili powder- or more to taste

1 - 14 oz. can chili style tomatoes

2 - 8 oz. each cans tomato sauce

1 - 16 oz. can kidney beans- drained

1/2 tsp. salt

 

Method

 

1. Add the chili powder to the ground beef and brown in a large skillet.

2. Drain. 

3. Add everything else and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly 
heated . 

 

Note:

 

1. May add grated cheese if desired.
