I totally agree with Linda. If you're not careful, the knife can dig a
hole through the bread...and that's a big oops. However, I do not put
the spoon in the cream cheese or butter jug...for that I use a knife.
I use the back of the spoon to slide the stuff on the knife to put on
the bread, then I get the spoon...and bigger eating spoons tend to
work better. I use some other tricks, but they are more complicated to
explain by email.
