If you use a smaller cookie sheet, the cookie will be thicker. I'm not
good at judging time, but I would say to check the time after 2 or 3
minutes longer than the recipe says.
Maybe another person on the list could help more.
I have made these on a 12 by 15 cookie sheet and they are easy to make
and
very good to eat.
