BARBECUE CUPS

 

This is another excellent recipe, especially in the fall and winter.

 

1 lb. ground beef

½ cup barbecue sauce

1 tbsp. minced onion

2 tbsps. Brown sugar

1 can biscuits

¾ cups shredded cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet, then drain.  

Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and onion to beef.

Place each biscuit in a greased muffin cup.  Press the dough up the sides of
the cup until it reaches the top of the cup.  

Spoon beef mixture into cups, sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
