As brands vary throughout different regions of the United States, this might
be one indigenous to the Northeastern part of the States.

I've never heard of that brand. Is it a local brand?

Celentano makes frozen stuffed shells and lasagna that is very very good
and
is just like homemade - not a bunch of chemicals in it.
I used to fall back on these often when I was single.

He wants to cook for himself. He is a big meat eater, and doesn't like
seafood.

Yes. Just put the chicken, soup, and cheese in a caserole dish,
cover
and
bake for about 1 hour.
You don't even have to brown the chicken first.
By the way, does your friend want to cook for himself? If so, does
he
have
some favorite foods that he would like to cook?

That one looks good and easy. Is there a way that can be made in the
oven?

great chicken dinner
2 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
several tablespoonsof Parmesan cheese.
Brown chicken for just a couple of minutes on each side in a pot
big enough to hold everything.
pour in soup and cheese.
simmer over medium heat stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes
or
until
chicken is done.
This is great over noodles or rice.

Hi everyone,
This is my deal. I have a friend that lives in another state. He
is a bachelor. He is blind and eats prepackaged food. Fine...but
it reeks havock with your health. I was wondering if there any
guys that have any ideas for simple, healthy food that he can make
from scratch? Thanks in advance! Jael
