Hi All,

I'm making this recpie, and it says to cook for 3 hours on high, before adding the milk & flour. However, the veggies are stilll hard, not very tender, and it's been cooking for almost 5 hours.
So, I'm thinking this recipe is wrong?

Please advise.

Claudia
