Healthy Sugarless Cookies
1 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1-1/2 cups raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup quick oats
Mix dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients to moisten. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased (or parchment paper lined) cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for
12 minutes.
