I've never used Schwans before, but out of curiosity, I've been playing with this off and on all day. I'm using Jaws 11, and I can remove things just fine from View Cart, as long as I haven't signed into the account I created. Once I've signed in, however, so far I've had to go to My Cart and then switch to the Jaws cursor and remove with the left mouse button. I can't imagine what's causing this.
