Peanut butter Cookies! Mr. Rogers
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
(we used some chocolate chips too-ya'll know I have to experiment a bit)
directions:
beat the egg with the sugar first.
Add in the peanut butter.
Mix well for a couple of minutes.
Roll them into about one to one and a half inch balls.
You can put them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Then press them down a tad to flatten (about a half inch thick)
with the bottom of a glass and, to touch them up, place about 6
to 10 chocolate chips on top. Then mash the chocolate chips down
a bit, just to set them in place, with the bottom of the glass again.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes at 350 degrees.

Subject: [CnD] peanut butter cookies
I want to first thank everyone for the wonderful peach cobbler recipes. I
tried Marilyn's because it seemed simple and I had all of the ingredients.
I have saved the others with plans to try them later. My family said they
liked it. Now I want to try my hand at peanut butter cookies. I need a
simple recipe as I am just getting my hands wet with baking.
