Mexican Rice
2 pounds ground beef, browned, drained 1 medium yellow onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 2 celery stalks, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups converted rice, uncooked 2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can tomato sauce 3 Tbs chili powder 2 tsp seasoned salt 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 cups water Method 1. Add all ingredients to a crockpot and stir well. 2.
