Yeah, you could use light cooking oil or cooking spray on the tortillas. I haven't tried it on a George Foreman, though it should work -- I've made grilled cheese sandwiches on one, and they're fast -- on a heated grill they take sixty seconds to cook. They leave odd impressions in the sandwich, but since it's something that folks don't worry about appearance on, it's no big deal.
