This might be a dumb question, but does the batter drip out of it when you
go to flip it over? Or is it sealed so that doesn't happen?

I have one. I got it from walmart.com a few years ago. Basically the one I
have has two wells on one side, and two flat circles on the other side, and
it is hinged. You plug it in and let it preheat for a few minutes, pour
batter into the side with the wells, let cook for a couple minutes and flip
the unit over at least for pancakes and let cook for about a minute on the
other side. I have never tried eggs or anything else in mine. I will have to
give that a try.

hi Kerry.
can't help with that i'm afraid as i'm in New Zealand. however, i remember
the subject of pancake
factories coming up on the list a couple of years or so back. hopefully
someone on list will have
one and be able to tell you where they purchased it from.
cheers
andrew

hi carlos.
i have a pancake factory, and it also fries eggs beautifully. just crack
one egg into each pancake
well, close the lid and let them fry for as long as you usually would.
Cheers
Andrew
