I just put a few ice cubes in the bottom of my drinking mug, and proceed to
make a cup of green tea, the size I want; voila,, done! If not cold enough
for me, I add a few more cubes once it is brewed.

Ok, but here's the thing I can't figure out.
How do you make an Iced beverage in there.
What do you just fill your glass with ice and put the iced drink into the
K-cup holder? That's where I'm mainly confused, it says it can make the iced
drinks but how there's no way that I've seen to put ice inside. Jerry Mader

i have one and love it. its convenant and simple to use. i am totally
blind and use it . i have the special edition and can't speak about other
models. the special edition only has 3 buttons small, medium and large cups
plus an on/off. i cannot use the timer or at least haven't tried to use it
don't know if thats possible. you can still use it without the timer.
