RED VELVET FUDGE MARBLE BROWNIES 


Just in time for Christmas, so simple to make and gives a great look.

RED VELVET FUDGE MARBLE BROWNIES 

Brownies: 
l red velvet box cake mix 
3/4 cup butter, measured after melted 
1  egg 
1/2 cup water 
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 
2 cups walnuts, chopped (optional) 

Marble Frosting: 
Butter cream frosting (8 oz) 
Chocolate frosting (2 oz) 

Preheat oven to 325F. 

Combine egg, butter, water in a bowl. 

Add box mix, stir until the ingredients are combined and lumps gone. 

Add chips and one cup of nuts. 

Pour mixture into greased 9x13 baking pan. 

Bake 40-45 minutes.  Cool. 

Frost brownie with butter cream frosting 

Heat chocolate frosting in microwave or stove for easy pouring.  Pour 
the 2 oz of the  chocolate on top of the butter cream. 

Use fork to blend two frostings for a marbled appearance. 

Top brownie with remaining nuts.
