Hi, List, I make these Dream bars posted by Dixie from the King Arthur Flour web site, every year at Christmas. They are delicious, and one friend of mine, the first time she tasted them, kept going back for "just one more"! They are easy and very good. Another thing you can do is melt 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate with a can of sweetened condensed milk, roll this mixture into balls and roll the balls in coconut. My mother used to make these and called them "French Chocolate". They are also very good.
