Oh, absolutely, it's well-known.  I've used it for the last several
decades.  My only question was whether or not these recipes were
referring to sweetened, condensed, or evaporated milk.  Until this
list, I had not heard of anyone referring to it simply as Eagle Brand
milk.  They usually differentiated.  Now I know how this list refers
to it, <smile>, and I thank you.
