I made this yesterday, but after talking to the Eagle brand people, I used 18 ounces of chocolate chips, and after cooking it for about 4 minutes, stirring every minute. I poured it into a pan I lined with no-stick foil, having foil hang over the ends so that after it hardened, I could just lift it out, peel off the foil and cut it into squares, with a knife I kept running under hot water so it wouldn't stick as I cut it. I'd never made fudge before, and this turned out great.
